CIFE, a professional international trade show for food and beverage, is approved by the Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China. It has been successfully held 7 times, aiming to build a professional trade & communication platform for foodstuff industry all over the world. Guangzhou: “the paradise of delicious food”, the most developed city in South China, a strong economic strength circle built up by Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and 10 other countries from the South East Asia Alliance.
     In CIFE 2011, 18,000 professional visitors meet with 486 exhibiting companies from 23 countries/regions, with 34 national official pavilions. Oversea companies accounted for 38% in CIFE 2011, and 62% for national companies. CIFE have become the biggest trade fair for foodstuff industry in South China.
