China remains a main producer and consumer of oil and oilseed in the world as well as a great trader of oil and oilseed with most rapid growth. Along with the expansion of the oil and oilseed industry and market in China, and the accelerated growth in international exchange and cooperation in the industry, China’s impact on the global oil and oilseed sector has been enhanced steadily. CFNA has successfully sponsored the international summit of oil & oilseeds in 2008 and 2009 in succession, beefing up the services on the oil and oilseed industry. CFNA has decided to continuously hold this summit. Based on the situation of production, consumption and trade in Chinese oil and oilseeds as well as the existing exchange and cooperation in the industry, the forum prepared by us will cover more product categories like soybean, soybean oil, rapeseed, rapeseed oil, palm oil, peanut and peanut oil. Meanwhile, due to China’s multiple role in global oil and oilseed industry, the summit is determined with rich contents, covering internal and external cooperation, overseas production, sales and consumption, trade, market, technology, policy and trade rules, subjects of trade risk evasion, ecological and environmental protection, etc.
