According to the Customs, from January to August 2021, China’s import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 199.43 billion USD, up by 27% over the same period last year. Among that, the export value was 52.06 billion USD, up by 8.9%. The import value was 147.36 billion USD, up by 34.9%. Trade deficit reached 95.3 billion USD, up by 55.3%.

 

In August 2021, China’s import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 27 billion USD, up by 35.9% over the same month last year. Among that, the export value was 7 billion USD, up by 12.3%. The import value was 20 billion USD, up by 46.6%. Trade deficit reached 13 billion USD, up by 75.5%.
