According to the Customs, from January to June, China’s total foreign trade value amounted to 2785.2 billion USD, up by 37.4% over the same period last year. Among that, the export value was 1518.36 billion USD, up by 38.6%. The import value was 1266.84 billion USD, up by 36%. Trade surplus reached 251.52 billion USD while the number from the same period last year was 167.8 billion USD.

In June 2021, China’s total foreign trade value amounted to 511.31 billion USD, up by 34.2% over the same period last year. Among that, the export value was 281.42 billion USD, up by 32.2%. The import value was 229.89 billion USD, up by 36.7%. Trade surplus reached 51.53 billion USD while the number from the same period last year was 46.42 billion USD.
