According to the Customs, in November 2019, China’s import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 21.21 billion USD, up by 16.0% over last month and up by 19.2% over the same month last year. Among that, the export value was 7.56 billion USD, up by 9.4% over last month and by 0.2% over the same month last year. The import value was 13.64 billion USD, up by 20.0 % over last month and by 33.2% over the same month last year. Trade deficit reached 6.08 billion USD while the number from the same month last year was 2.70 billion USD.

From January to November 2019, China’s import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 205.23 billion USD, up by 3.9% over the same period last year. Among that, the export value was 70.42 billion USD, down by 1.8% over the same period last year. The import value was 134.81 billion USD, up by 7.2% over the same period last year. Trade deficit reached 64.38 billion USD while the number from same period in 2018 was 54.05 billion.
