Vice President Rong Met With Minnesota Trade Office

On 26 March 2012, Vice President Rong Weidong met with Ms. Katie Clark, Executive Director of Minnesota Trade Office and Mr. Li King Feng, International Trade Representative of Minnesota Trade Office.

Ms. Clark briefed on the Minnesota Governor's Delegation to China this June, and hoped that a formal meeting between the delegation and our chamber as well as a B2B meeting between companies of the two countries could be arranged. Mr. Rong said that CFNA had long been promoting the China-U.S. agricultural trade. We have been keeping smooth cooperation with Minnesota in recent years, and would love to assist to make relevant arrangements. The two sides also discussed details of such arrangements and reached agreement.

The Membership Department and Cereals and Oils Department of CFNA were also present at the meeting.
