Vice President Yu Lu Meets With Panama Ambassador

Vice president Yu Lu met with Mr. Carlo Escobar, the Ambassador of the Republic of Panama to China on June 3. Yu Lu introduced the general situation of the bilateral agricultural trade and listened to Ambassador Escobar’s introduction of the investment environment in Panama. The two sides also exchanged views on the promotion of agricultural products including beef and pineapple. Yu Lu invited the Panama side to continue attending the CIIE, and CFNA’s International Fruit Conference. Yu Lu also stressed that the two sides should enhance communication and jointly promote the healthy development of the bilateral agricultural trade.
