Vice President Yu Lu Meets With ITC Chairman

Vice president Yu Lu met with Ian Gibbs, chairman of the International Tea Committee (ITC) and Sharon Hall, Chief Executive of the UK Tea and Infusions Association on Nov. 16. The three sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation and jointly promoting the development of the world tea industry.

Yu Lu welcomed Gibbs and Sharon and introduced CFNA’s major functions to them and invited them to attend the third International Tea Annual Conference (March 2019, Yibin, Sichuan Province). Gibbs and Sharon accepted the invitation and invited Yu Lu to attend the annual meeting of the ITC and the UK Tea and Infusions Association held next May in London. As one of the national members of the ITC, CFNA will build the bridge for the healthy development of the world tea trade.

After the meeting, Yu Lu sent the 2018 China Import Food Report to the two guests.
