Vice president Rong Weidong met with Augusto Arosemena, Minister of Commerce and Industries of Panama, Eduardo Carles, Minister of Agricultural Development, and Francisco Escobar Pedreschi, Ambassador of Panama to China on Aug. 21. The two sides exchanged ideas on promoting the export of Panamanian agricultural products to China including beef, pineapple, mango, fish etc. and helping Panamanian exhibitors find suitable Chinese buyers during CIIE.
