Vice president Yu Lu attended the12th Conference of Members from Tea Producing and Consuming Nations of the International Tea Committee (ITC) on Aug. 8. Delegates from China, Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh, the U.K., the U.S., Canada, and Japan attended the meeting and discussed the impact of pesticide residue on tea trade, climate issues, etc. Yu Lu addressed the conference on behalf of the tea industry in China and said that ITC should unite the global tea industry and speak as one on important issues.
