Chile China Agribusiness Opportunities Forum Held in Beijing

Chile China Agribusiness Opportunities Forum: Trade, Investments, and Innovation was held in Beijing on May 13, 2017 during the opening of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation with an aim of promoting bilateral agricultural trade cooperation between Chile and China. Chilean President Michelle Bachelet delivered keynote speech on the forum and met with relevant Chinese organizational leaders, CFNA president BianZhenhu included. Nearly 360 representatives from the two governments, enterprises, and institutions attended the forum.

CFNA president BianZhenhu attended the forum as the leader of the supporting organization and delivered speech during the opening ceremony. CFNA member enterprises also attended the forum and networked with Chilean food and agricultural products enterprises in the afternoon session.
